As we move into the peak and championship phases of the season, recovery becomes just as important as the training itself. Athletes should aim to eat a balanced meal with carbohydrates and protein within an hour of hard practices, stay consistently hydrated throughout the day (not just at practice), and prioritize sleep as the single biggest recovery tool we have.
